The level of care, patience and full service would have me driving across the state to use this shop again! I had no idea my bike could ride as smoothly as it does after the fix and tune up! I’m incredibly grateful for the care and skill of craft- All at very reasonable prices! Experienced bikers might already know about this gem but I didn’t and encourage new bikers to use this shop as well. Brooklyn Bike Doctor is an excellent mechanic who will take great care of your ride. He did a complete tune up on a mid-range bike of mine that I had admittedly neglected for a few years. My bike is from a rare and now defunct brand and kinda old at 14 yrs. Full tune-up has it riding like a dream again -- gears are smooth, brakes are stiff, and glide is back. The Bike Doctor finally got me squared away! Not only was the turnaround time significantly faster (36 hours compared to 2 weeks) he truly fixed all of my issues (clunky shifting, brake pads, wobbly tires) AND also tightened my loose bike basket I'd been ignoring.
