My mother, Sandra, loved the center and was a participant for many years. She really loved the Senior Luncheons on Tuesdays and often shared with me about her many friends there. Both my late brother James and myself had the pleasure of having lunch with the group there. It will always hold a very special place in my heart and prayers. Thank you all for giving my mother a home away from home.

My daughter attends preschool here and absolutely loves it. The atmosphere is warm and colorful with a great outdoor space for the kids to play. The teachers and staff are extremely knowledgeable and seem to really love their jobs. The classrooms have class pets which the kids really seem to enjoy. As a parent, I love that they take the kids on "nature walks" around the neighborhood. The hours are manageable for work schedules (7a-630p) with minimal inservice days. The atmosphere is culturally diverse and i feel like they are doing an excellent job at preparing my daughter for kindergarten.

Very sincere staff, and constantly making small changes to keep up with new ways to teach young children. Their preschool program is wonderful, and they only hire people who obviously LOVE working with kids. Their before and after school program is fun, and enriching. They try their hardest to involve what the parents want to see in the children's free time after school. The community center aspects are also fun, and inviting. Don't miss their Zumba or Thursday night meals! The cook is fantastic. I used to work here and played a variety of roles, and will someday send my own children because of the standards they uphold here

The only reason I do not give these daycare a one-star is because most of the staff is super nice & my son really liked Mrs Susan she's honestly a wonderful teacher. My son started in this daycare at the beginning of June it's a small daycare he started great.Around he's second week, i asked to meet with the teachers to discuss his IEP things that I'll happen & make a plan on how to help him. teacher named Mrs Shawn started working there I thought she was really nice she look very enthusiastic to work with this children my son was just lovely with all the teachers he did mention that kids would hitting & bite at first I thought well I know my son he's aggressive so I thought all the marks that he had were from other kids but I never ever got a note I got maby two notes I have more pictures, he would tell me that kids would call him weird and he needs to leave a lot of mean things I did talke to one of the staff member Catherine & asked if he could be changed she said no he's doing great in that classroom he's just like a typical 5yr boy. When I would be in the classroom I will notice that shown did not have much patience or talk to children like a regular daycareprovider,my son would call her mean it wasn't until he told me that she had hit him asked him to explain to me he showed me that mark on his arm & I told show me on my arm he squished it very hard & asked me if I could talk to Mrs shown I did. she called one day & said that she had thretend my son on calling me plenty of times (kids maide fun of that after that and would tell him they would going to call me) my son was crying, asked to be picked up(later at home he told me that Mrs shown coverd his mouth waile I was on the phone with her), whent in we had a meeting with one of the staff's & both teachers they calld it acusing & did not whant to hear much about it & Mrs shown was the victim they tryed to say that my son was to big yeah his tall yet everytime i would go in the classroom the other teacher would be carrying 4yr almost same hight as my son for a long period & on Mondays Wednesdays older kids 5yr same hight even more aggressive than my son would be in that classroom. they said if he keeps doing this he will be kicked out we made a plan on how they can help him with his IEP (they didn't reed his IEP)they did it for one week & they stopped I went every single day during my lunch hour I saw other kids do what my son would get intruble for. I was one step frome calling Social Services & I will definitely call the licences Department, she was so unprofessional with a small grup I picked my son up one day because he had a lot of incidents but it started with one child getting on his face taking off my son's eyeglasses. Last week shown told me infront of all kids(you dont have to worry about your son anymore tomarrow is my last day) than my son hardly hit a girl with a toy on accident & she said im sorry he hurt you lets move awey. ACCIDENT HAPPEN, she would constely tell kids to not play with my son. Only the last week she was there she tryed to do her job but she mostly satdown on the shade how can you take good care of kids frome far. theres no point of my son having an IEP! today is my son's last day at this daycare thank God. there's a lot more i whanted to share not inugh space a lot of incidents with Mrs shown. But I wouldn't recommend it if your son needs extra support like my son does. I'm a single mom with two jobs it's hard to be checking on your son constantly or to move him daycares with only three weeks left. (Fyi those pictures are frome after i picked up my son difrent days)
