I came to ATL for the first time ever for a conference and this was the closest place to my hotel that was open late. Food was great. The service is great, the waitresses that served me both nights were very welcoming and friendly. I'm giving 3 stars for service because they're extremely slow. Multiple groups of people were waiting at the door, and there were lots of empty tables we could see. But no one was working the door to seat us.

Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. The service was incredibly slow—no waitress came to our table for what felt like forever. We waited a ridiculous amount of time just to get acknowledged, let alone place an order. It honestly felt like we were invisible. No updates, no apologies, just ignored. I understand if a place is short-staffed, but the lack of basic communication or effort to check on us was unacceptable. Definitely not the kind of experience I expect from a national chain. Won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

The quality and hygiene food is not served here. I have taken 20 traditional wings and doesn’t seem to be fresh and also I find the feather’s on top of wings… I called the manager then he told the wings are cooked so its good to eat feathers it shouldn’t be any issue and also he told we cook in lot so it happens! I never knew that the features are that healthy after being cooked and after these words from manager, I thought why would Buffalo wild wings doesn’t have cooked feature as a menu item. I strong recommend the management, not to act this way with any customer!! Friends please look at the food twice before eating, we pay a lot of money for hygiene and healthy food.. Not to eat feathers or other nonsense that is served on table.
