Overall great service I was in and out pretty quick. It's right off north lamar. They have a few parking spaces in front of there business. I recommend to park on the side of their building. Where it's easy to get in to park and leave. You can walk in or complete paperwork online and book your appointment. May I suggest that you use a monitor with patient names so that a patient can get an idea of how long the wait will be before they are brought into a room,. That’s really the only complaint I have because I thought I was going to have a 30 minute wait that turned out to be an hour and 45 minutes. once I gave my urine sample, the test results were given to me very promptly and I liked that very much.

However, the wait times here considering what the online check-in claims are not accurate at all. I was texted to show up at 2:15 because they were ready for my appointment, and I was not seen by the doctor until 3:45. What is the point of having an online check in if the wait is just as long as a walk-in?

Highly recommend. Great doctor, easy in and out. My one BIG complaint is the front desk receptionist. I called before arriving to check on wait times, it rang for 7 minutes, no answer. I arrived and there was nobody at the front desk. After the doctor came out and went to find her, she arrives not in the least apologetic for the wait or deserted front desk. On the contrary, she was quite unfriendly / rude and very curt. Use the online reservations system - avoid /minimize interaction with the receptionist. :)
