A hidden gem in the Loop. Located in the basement of the Chicago Board of Tradebuilding, this cafeteria style food area is open to the public and serves both early morning breakfast and lunch.

They have a lot of variety, and decent comfort food. The line for the made to order salads always extends out into the hall. They have decent burritos daily. My tummy always feels warm and happy when I leave.

Look. This place ain't earning a Michelin star anytime soon. That's okay. If you're not sure what you want and can't stand the idea of dealing with Revival Food Hall, this is a good choice. Multiple stations serving up salads, carved meats, Mexican, burgers, etc are all here. The food is pretty good and the dining area well maintained. Prices are in line with downtown fare.
