I went in a little over a week ago with 2 small hoses for my Forklifts Propane connections. There were very busy, but I had called first. When I arrived a counter person saw the hoses and remembered talking to me. He said he would get to it soon. I waited for roughly 45 minutes and was shocked when he handed me two new hose sets and said that because I waited so long that he was not charging me for them. What a wonderful surprise. He truly made my day and I wanted to express my gratitude. Thanks for the great service and professionalism.
