I have had the privilege of training with Sifu Cyrus in Detroit for many years now, and I am proud to call him my Kung Fu brother. Our bond goes beyond just training together - we have built a strong relationship as comrades in arms, always pushing each other to be better and grow in our martial arts practice. Sifu Cyrus is not only a skilled and experienced instructor, but he is also a true mentor and friend. Training with him has always been a joy, and I have learned so much from his guidance and wisdom. I would highly recommend SIfu Cyrus to anyone looking to learn Kung Fu. His expertise, passion, and dedication make him an exceptional instructor, and his ability to foster strong connections with his students is truly special. Thank you, Cyrus, for being an amazing kung Fu brother and friend. Sifu Brandon of Vienna kung fu

This is a great school and an excellent teacher. If you are interested in learning Wing Chun Kung Fu you should stop in or schedule an introduction lesson. I found the school about one and a half years ago and have been training there consistently since.

I have been training mostly online with Northside studio for almost two years. I absolutely LOVE Sifu Cyrus and the entire Northside family as well as the connected Kung Fu nationwide online community! The environment is kind, accepting, encouraging, calm and connecting. There are also plenty of opportunities to train in person for me living several hours from the studio. However, I am kind of a home body so I really like being able to have lessons in the comfort of my own home. However, visiting the studio is a blast! The area is urban, convenient and comfortable. I wish I lived closer so I could spend more time in person but I still feel connected to everyone. I get so much out of Kung Fu training both mentally and physically! I feel more confident and more prepared for anything life throws at me. It's also a natural way to connect with new people and be a part of a solid super positive community. I find the art calming and grounding and I recommend it for anybody, any age, in any shape!
