I have truly LOVED living at Cityfront Place for so many reasons! It’s exactly like the pictures, everything is so new and clean, the amenities are amazing, and the view has to be my favorite part! They also organize fun community events and it’s really made me feel like I found my home in Chicago. Imagine waking up to this view every morning! Living at Cityfront has been even better with how kind the front desk staff is, especially Kevin who always goes above and beyond to be so welcoming and friendly every time I see him! If you are considering Cityfront, I guarantee you will not be disappointed. It’s so close to everything but still so safe and quiet which is hard to find in the center of the city! 10/10 would recommend!

Had a great year in Cityfront. The staff were terrific and responsive when we had problems. It's an older building, and there are some drawbacks associated with that (who in their right mind designs a ~40 story building with only 4 slow elevators), but it was still a very pleasant place to live. Cityfront offers great value when compared to similar apartments in the area. It was around 500-1000 cheaper than anything else I saw for a one bedroom apartment. I would happily live here another year if I weren't leaving Chicago.

My husband and I have loved living at cityfront place! We have lived here for 2 years now and added a dog and baby and it is still perfect for us! All the staff is super friendly, the amenities are great, and maintenance is AMAZING! We always get the help we need very quickly! The views and location are also fantastic!

I've lived in Cityfront Place for almost a year now, and all I have to say to potential apartment-hunters is "Yeah, it's really that good." While a lot of complexes in Chicago claim to have "best-in-class views, service, and amenities," I've found most to offer little more than hollow marketing mush. That is, until I lived in Cityfront. For a decent price, you get: A huge outdoor patio (with views of navy pier and the loop), an in-unit washer and dryer, a robust gym (and yoga room), a two-minute walk to Michigan Avenue, and staff that care enough an abundant amount of community events, newsletters, and free beer Fridays. There's a reason some people have chosen to live and work in this building for more than three decades. But, in my case, it's a great place to spend a few years. If I had to list a few cons, it's that parking is expensive and living above a bar can be a taxing.
