The staff have helped me every time something has came up, either in the finance dept. or the advisor dept. , I am in the B.S. Finance program and it is difficult the coursework is very difficult, but you would expect it to be. You can not use Chatgpt or any AI to assist you, you must do the research to pass. I am in my Sophomore year and cant wait to finish so I can work for Charles Schwab!!

Don't go here if you have any other choice. They will not do anything to help you and will claim the automated system makes all their decisions to avoid an ounce of work actually helping. The school instructors reuse old curriculum and grade using AI while they simultaneously use faulty AI detection software to punish students.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve called twice in the last five minutes and both times I was hung up on. This has been an absolute nightmare. If you have an issue, good luck getting it resolved. The help desk is useless—no one seems to know what they’re doing, and when you ask for a manager, they don’t bother to call you back. This experience is exactly why I’m transferring to CTU. I just need a withdrawal letter, and even that has turned into a ridiculous ordeal.

I find the enrollment counselors, student success counselors, and financial aid counselors to be very knowledgeable, and I've had the best advising I've ever had at this school. I transferred in over 60 credits from my associate degree and then completed 15 credits through Sophia.org which helped in making my bachelor's more affordable. The only classes that I absolutely had to take at the school were the "degree core classes" which were 30 credits for me. The majority of the coursework is a discussion board, textbook readings, and writing a paper every week which is usually 3-4 pages for every class. At the end of the class, there's generally a portfolio project which is much longer and can be as long as 20 pages. I would have preferred more hands-on experience instead of writing so many papers which is why I gave a 4 star rating. If you're not prepared to write so many papers, this school may not be a good option for you.
