It’s a great gym located in Columbia city. It’s packed with all sorts of weightlifting, and powerlifting equipment. It has everything you need to stay in shape or compete on the power circuit. If you just wanna stay in shape as your age, this is the gym to do it as the staff Has many years of experience in training adults and first class athletes. This is a great local gym! All the machines are good quality and it's not too crowded. Their new location in Columbia City is a bit smaller but it's a newer building and I've never had to deal with wait times to use machines. These days most gyms are big corporate chains, so it feels good to support a locally-owned Seattle business!

I've been to a lot of gyms over the years, and this one is hands-down my favorite. The staff are friendly, and there's a great neighborhood community vibe. While it's not as big and fancy as a giant corporate gym, I'm always able to get the equipment I need, and I appreciate that Bull and the rest have so much experience with competitive lifting. If you're looking for a spot to lift, rather than just a sea of exercise bikes (though they have those too), this is the spot for you.

Cannot recommend highly enough. They have quality equipment and a clean, well-maintained facility. What sets them apart, though, is the people. The owners are just outstandingly nice, generous people. This is the kind of place where a competitive powerlifter, a college-aged runner, a 75-year old trying to stay active, and a teenager just learning to lift weights can, and do, all feel welcome. It really helps to stick to a workout plan when you can come to such a friendly and welcoming gym. I highly, highly recommend it over any Globo Gym. It is also quite affordable. 10/10, my favorite gym ever.
