The best marina I’ve found in Portland. Very clean and they’re always making improvements, you can tell they really care about their customers. Bathrooms and showers are always clean. JJ at the office always goes above and beyond to help me out! I also have a storage unit with them that’s just a 5 minute drive on the island, super helpful! I’d recommend them to anyone!

As a new an unfamiliar arrival to Portland, Columbia Crossings and specifically their Leasing Agent, JJ McColl, exceeded my expectations in moorage selection, customer service, and seemingly impromptu availability anytime I called with a request. All marinas are well equipped and maintained, secure and provide all services a short-term or long-term customer would require. I can't think of enough praise and appreciation to extol and highly recommend Columbia Crossings.

We think you folks are awesome. JJ & team have always been super friendly and extremely easy to work with on the very few occasions we required assistance or advice. We are at Hayden Bay, & love it. We will be docking our next larger boat there, as well. Until that happens, our little 30 footer will be there at Hayden Bay, and thoroughly enjoyed. We are glad to be there. Great job!!! G & A

I love Colombia Crossings, and have been with them at two different marinas, and currently have three storages in their storage facility. They have an absolutely amazing staff, completely remodeled amenities, and I would recommend it to almost anyone. They are very corporate which I like because it creates structure and keeps things updated so that things don't get run down. Also we have incredible security. But I will say, if you don't like structure or don't like to pay your bills on time that this is not the place for you because they do run a tight ship...which I love! All their staff is amazing and they're just really great people. JJ at the front desk is super kind, and everyone is always really helpful.

We have moored our power boats at the Columbia Crossings Marinas for many years now at the Jantzen Bay marina. We like that the marinas are reasonably priced, and that we have never had any problems with theft over the 15 years or so that we have moored there. The marinas are clean and the toilet and shower facilities are very nice. We especially like that Jantzen bay just added a fenced and key card accessible parking lot, making it a lot less worrisome to leave our vehicle for several days on end unattended in the parking lot. We enjoy the covered moorage in the summer, as we stay cooler in the shade. Year round coverage means we have to wash the boat fewer times! AC power is very reliable. The staff has always been very helpful with any questions we have had through the years. Filling out for the paperwork for the lease is very easy now, as it is all online. Payment is also handled online, requiring minimal effort to pay our monthly rent. No sketchy people on the docks, and we feel that we and our property is safe here: Unfortunately, not the same can be said for all marinas on the Columbia river.
