This is a terrible clinic. Nurses that don’t like to do their job. One of them completely bruised my arm after taking some blood, forgot to send my blood samples, forgot to send my insurance info to the labs, they forget everything. Juanita, the so-called manager, can’t manage anything, terrible health professional, she lied to me with prices and thanks to her I was almost sent to collections by Natera and of course, was always “busy” to pick up the phone. There’re other places with way better health professionals and costumer service, go somewhere else.

I wish I can give a 0, terrible customer service. No politeness or kindness. If you’re miserable get another job.

My husband had an appointment and planned to leave, but discovered our car battery had died overnight. We called before the appointment time to let them know we have an emergency and to try to reschedule, and the receptionist was horribly rude and decided to charge us anyway. I've NEVER been charged by any doctor or dentist before when letting them know ahead of time of an emergency situation. This facility said they don't offer video appointments and there's literally nothing we could have done. It's been like pulling teeth to get a prescription sent to a specific pharmacy, and still hasn't happened, and every time we talk to the receptionist she finds some way to be horrible with an awful attitude to us. Life is too short for this clinic, we will find a different doctor and facility.

Absolutely WORST CLINIC! Do not go here. HORRIBLE communication. No one knows what’s going on or what to do or how to do their job properly and professionally. Very frustrating. As a new patient the doctor will come in talk to you for 10 minutes and Will make their assumption on what they think is best for you, without taking the time to ask more information about yourself. To get a prescription refill, forget it. No one knows again how to do their job correctly and it will take you a absurd amount of time to rely the correct information. I have been going here for over a year and it has been one professional mistake after another.

Cinthia answered me and after I asked her a question if they were receiving any new patients, she said “no we’re not receiving new patients for the rest of the year” and she hung up on me. ZERO customer service, I’m not sure how they have people like this working here, this isn’t McDonald’s for you to be answering in that way to clients.
