Absolutely my favorite needlepoint shop - and I have visited shops all over the country. Tons of thread choices, beads and canvases. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. If you need help, they can give you a special lesson catered to your stitching level. They are super at helping you select what you need to make any canvas you stitch spectacular. They also know who does what best for finishing your masterpiece. I’ve been a repeat customer for years and will continue to be! BTW - they always have a place to sit and relax for those bored teens or uninterested spouses.

I’ve been to this location twice and had a good experience both times! First time I was looking to buy a cut of canvas to paint my own projects, and low key I was nervous because I was new to needlepoint and didn’t want to sound dumb! The woman who helped me was kind and helped me with dimensions. Second time I went I and so much fun! I was coming in to pick a new color for my project and the employee was just really kind and interested in my projects and we just yapped it up in the store. They have a really great thread selection so I think this will be my new “spot” when kitting projects!! They have a pretty decent selection of canvases, but they aren’t really my vibe. A little more “old-school” style canvases!

Terrible customer service. A lot of back handed compliments and banter. Not a single questions about if we needed help or what we were looking for. They also stare like we care to steal from them. I recommend just going to Facebook marketplace or hobby lobby.

This shop is not for beginners. I stopped by to get supplies for my first needlepoint project - mostly just needed thread and needles. I left without purchasing anything. I have researched this craft and the supplies that I need, I was really disappointed that the staff made me feel like I didn’t belong. I have no doubt that it’s a great place for experienced stitchers, but they are not welcoming at all.
