I love this place. They’re gonna have every type of fabric you can think of. Great for any sewing project you have. Staff is very nice and the owner is amazing and I know her sister in San Antonio. The price of fabric is a little pricey. It could be because of location however I do wish they had more reasonable price fabrics, especially with sequence Stretch fabrics or mesh sequence fabric. The store is large and it’s easy to access fabrics. Really enjoyed my experience at this fabric Store.

Store reeks of cigarette smoke. It would be one thing if the store smelled like cigarettes, but since they sell fabric, and the fact cigarette smoke permeates itself into fabric, it might be impossible to get it out and that makes this store a flop. I can’t use fabric that smells like an ashtray. Do not buy fabric here unless you are fine with smelling like cigarette smoke. I had to hurry up and leave because I started getting an asthma attack due to the smell. Heed my warning and avoid it like the plague
