Horrible experience at this location. Took my bike in Tuesday or Wednesday before Memorial Day, they told me it would be about a week. Which is fine. Bike didn’t get finished until Friday. It was not done correctly. I purchased and paid for them to install shifters and adjust, and adjust brakes. They did it incorrectly so they had to fix it while I waited. They assured me the shifters were compatible with the derailleurs I already had. They weren’t. I had to add on a derailleur for the back and the front was left alone. Front was not compatible so therefore it broke while shifting on a 23 mile ride home. Go back the next day, Saturday, and they refused to fix it that day because they were busy and told me it would be three weeks. I asked for a refund and they refunded only the labor. I also got in the works to get correct parts and have them install. They said they would call me and they have not. This isn’t a good way to do business.

Huge thank you to the team at D&D Bicycles of Ann Arbor for going above and beyond! When I was unexpectedly stuck abroad during COVID, you held onto my bike for me without hesitation—something you absolutely didn’t have to do, but it meant so much. That level of care and understanding is rare, and I’m truly grateful. Every time I’ve been in, the staff has been super friendly, helpful, and just genuinely great to interact with. You’ve earned a loyal customer for life. Thank you again for the incredible service!

Worst shopping experience I’ve had in a very long time. They misled me on a product, sent me used merchandise with missing parts. They lied to me about the item being shipped. Be warned, if you order online, it’ll probably be a used item. Unethical and fraudulent at best, stay away from them.

The people in the shop were super friendly and helpful, and I was able to get a new chain and bottle cage for reasonable prices, but the cost of service was wildly overpriced. I had come in to get my rear wheel trued since I don't have a truing stand. The mechanic put it up in a stand and spent two minutes doing a few adjustments with the wheel still on the bike (which I could have done with a spoke wench). He said it was a bit better but not perfect (there was still some wobble). After I got home I realized they charged me $30 for 2 minutes of work and not that much truer of a wheel. Both folks were very nice, but I would avoid getting service there in the future.
