I went and ordered boba it was very good. They were out of some of the materials but were really polite about it. They employees were very nice and friendly. Would recommend. I got the black tea and would suggest that you add more sweetener if you don’t want it to be too strong. The interior design of the building was very pretty.

Overpriced… lacks different options for teas The tapioca pearls aren’t the best and I think you can get more bang for your buck somewhere else 🤷🏽♀️. Also, I asked for No ice and then they said that they don’t fill it up all the way to the top when the drink doesn’t include no ice but my drink would include the normal amount of tea as any other drink (i’m sorry I just paid seven dollars for a drink. Fill my cup up.🤨 they gave you the option of the amount of ice that you want in your drink so why am I being penalized for not wanting ice? (I can’t drink that whole bottle and one go. It gets watered down if you add ice 😐) Like be so serious. I just want to enjoy the drink I pay for and think it’s worth the cost and I didn’t . And unfortunately, I didn’t even like my drink. It just didn’t taste good and I got 2 . …taste wise. I had ask someone what taste good here and if it pairs well with milk ( it was 👎 me and my partner compared both of are drinks and decided they don’t taste good. In an effort not to waste my money I tried drinking it off, but this is all I can take. . Also, they don’t put a lot of Boba in their drinks. I will say that customer service is really polite

Would rather give it 1.5 stars. I ordered 2 drinks and it was $20 with tip, that was red flag #1. Both teas looked very light in color despite both containing milk, red flag #2. We got the signature black tea with brown sugar boba and a golden fruit tea with aloe. Both tasted like nearly nothing, red flag #3. The drinks were barely sweet despite ordering normal sweetness. Too much money for a moderate serving size and lack of flavor. Won't be trying the waffles or bingsu.
My Stories
Came here for boba tea and saw a new boba flavor that I thought might be good. I just wanted to try a boba to see if I would like so I can get it. But the manager was too stingy to even let me try a boba. Needless to say I walked away without buying a thing.
