July 26, 2025, I went to Diva Salon for my 60th birthday dinner surprise. The youngman looked under 18 and didn’t speak english. When in the Salon three employees asked what I needed, I said nails and toe polish. I’m upset because I stressed that I needed my nails and toes polished only! And I said to the young boy don’t use the drill on the side of my toes (before I was told he didn’t speak English) so I said it to the old man I had foot surgery he don’t need to drill to close and with the stare I said he probably don’t speak English either. The polished nails and feet were not to my satifiaction and yes I have disputed the charges.
