My mom, sister, & I drive 25 mins there and back to Lux because they’re truly the best! The owner is so sweet & remembers us every time, and you can’t go wrong with any of the employees - their attention to detail and their expertise is unmatched! If I ever point out something that I may not like about a certain nail, three or four people including the owner come rushing by to make sure it gets fixed and make sure that I like it. I’ve never left not liking my nails! Yesterday Tommy did both my dip gel manicure and my gel toes and this is the best my nails have ever looked! Highly recommend 🌟

The lady I had been regularly seeing no longer works there and I was worried to try someone new. I don’t think I'll go back to LUX. I’ve been there 4 times and once the pedicure came out terrible. I asked for a flower and the guy made a complete mess! The next time a girl didn’t know much a flower and I told her make it small. It ended up the whole toe was a flower! The last time the lady didn’t know much English and I tried to tell her that she was hurting me but she didn’t understand me. I tried a few times to tell her. She was very rough with me, like filing short nails even shorter and the file literally filing my skin along with the nail!

Typically, I am someone who gives myself home pedicures but decided to treat myself to a Pedicure at Luxe Nails. I walked in and immediately was seated in a pediure Chair. It went downhill from there. The nail artist made disgusted faces at an old injury at the back of my foot. She would walk away and forgot that she put one layer of polish of one foot and two on the other and sent me to dry my nails without completing the second layer. My toe nails were barely cut and not buffed. Granted, they are short, but they do have to be buffed at least a tiny bit to smooth. My heels were barely touched and still have dry spots. The only good part was the male worker who was manning the front. After speaking with him, he apologized for his coworkers behavior and gave me a discount of my services. However, as someone who works in sales, I would have offered a redo of the pedicure to fix the polish, the heel, etc. My friend who went seemed to have a much better experience than I did so they do have good nail artists there, it was just my luck to get someone who was not.
