Worst pedicure I have ever had. Despite having an appointment, I sat with my feet in the water for almost an entire hour before someone started on me. They then proceeded to give me the most rushed pedicure, skipping completely over important steps I had paid for like the hot towel and the top coat. When I brought up I was frustrated, my nail tech completely ignored me. I was supposed to get a manicure too but didn’t even bother, not worth my time or money. I would rather go somewhere else. I was also charged full price. If you’re looking for a decent nail salon experience don’t go here.

I HIGHLY recommend Diva Nail Spa. My best friend and I went in Sunday, just hoping for mani pedi’s but left knowing without a doubt we will be back. It takes a lot these days to find a nail spa that takes the time and care into your service. And our experience was nothing shy of amazing! Please go see Tammy!

This used to be my go to nail spot — but I just went in for a regular pedicure and shellac manicure and had an entirely different experience. The nail tech was nice, but she really rushed everything. I got the Diva Pedicure — she let the products sit for less than 10 seconds before wiping off, including the lotion. And there was only one other customer there, so no need to cut corners. Then, thinking the manicure would be better, she ended up doing it at the foot baths. At that time, no other customers were there so why couldn’t we go to the manicure station instead? So I had to move all my stuff to make room for the shellac uv light and reach over myself each time for her to file, cut cuticles, paint, and go through the process. All while a cold wet rag laid on my legs. One nail even has bubbles in it and a texture to it…For $100 it was not worth it. Plus, my manicure was done 20 minutes ago but looks like it’s already had a week to grow out. I hope this was just a bad day for them, but I wont be going back.

This this was my first time here. I took my daughter here for a mommy/daughter spa day for her 8th bday. We both got a manicure and a pedicure. The service was excellent and they even gave her a $10 discount for her bday. Great people and great service. We will be back.

Despite deciding to never come here again. I came yesterday to get my nails done because I just wanted Plain black short dip nails. Surely anyone can do that, right?! Well, apparently not. The edges of my nails were either bare or bubbled up - some were even stuck to my skin 🥴 normally I wouldn't complain and just get over it but after so many times leaving this place dissatisfied I decided to complain. I went back in today and the owner "fixed" my nails but now they look worse 🥴 AND I TIPPED HER FOR FIXING THEM. I'm a clown at this point honestly. Just don't go here.
