Went here on a whim- regretted it. Nails were fine, a little uneven. After I took them off, realized my nails were filed too much and the acrylics left indents in my nails! Been over two months and the indent is still in my nails! Not to mention a simple acrylic set, no design was $80!! $80 for nails left brittle and indented is not worth it.

First and last time here. Worst customer service, and the quality matches. The sidecar of attitude that I must’ve paid for was not listed in the description for my premium pedicure. The tech was even more rude and nasty when I explained that she shaped my nail crooked- WTH😳. Yes my toe is crooked but there is a technique to camouflage this which she clearly lacked. Attitude was trash, service was trash, skillset was trash; absolutely would not recommend. M.Vincé spa down the street is where I will continue to spend my money.

I usually have such a good experience here, but the technician I had was not the best. My nails can be sort of soft after the gel removal process so he said that he would finish shaping them after he was done. I asked for square round. While he was doing my nails he made jokes that in the past when people asked for square round, he makes them square and sees if they say anything before they leave so he doesn’t have to do more work!! I left with square nails even though I asked him multiple times during the service to make sure he was going to fix them. Maybe I annoyed him, I don’t know. One of them is even fully crooked, and a few look inverted. I have never had someone shape my nails after they’re fully done and he didn’t do anything to actually shape them and round the edges. I had to go home and do it myself.
