VERY unclear directions for how to remove bikes. Also, good luck getting a bike on a busy day. We had to walk to 5 different bike stations (this took an hour) before we found bikes that were not broken. And the bikes are extremely heavy and not suitable for long rides. The 3 hour limit also stressed us out. Wish we'd just rented bikes elsewhere for the day.

I tried to use one of these scooters, and couldn’t figure out the lock. Therefore I left the vehicle alone. When I contacted customer service they said that the lock was unlocked and used so I would get no refund after being charged for not using it. This company is a scam like most of these scooter companies trying to last as long as they can. It’s clear that this device wasn’t driven at the time I tried it. Yet when I confronted customer service they simply stopped replying. 0/0 use and accessibility, 0/0 customer service as well.

3 worst experiences in my life. 15 year old dog put down, getting stabbed, and trying to lock this bike in place while dealing with Divvy customer service. Be very aware that this company will attempt to charge you while their bike will not and cannot lock back. Multiple attempts were made by multiple people as we stood by and watch the $ counter click away. Infuriating way to spend an otherwise beautiful morning in Chicago. Save yourself the frustration and rent from a bike shop.

BE AWARE Broken bikes, and broken customer service. Tried renting a bike and it was stuck in the dock. And you can only rent 1 bike at a time so I had to wait for a resolution from a chat agent that was talking to probably 5 people at a time. Took them 3-5 minutes per response. Made us late for parking and had to add more parking time which cost 20 dollars and the maximum they could refund me due to their "policies" was 5 dollars.

Loved the divvy bikes, they do need more e bikes though. Those is a very good location right beside millennium park. There could be improvements like being able to rent multiple bikes under 1 account. I love the divvy bikes such an amazing convenience!
