Was charged twice. Bike unlocked and began trip as soon as I scanned the QR. I planned on using the day pass, brought the day pass within in 60 seconds of the bike being unlocked. For caution I attempted to dock the bike and restart the ride. The bike wouldn't dock. So I reached out to customer service. When emailing with customer service, no real-time customer service is available, they told me it was my vault. Even through when I brought the day pass, the app said it applied it to my current ride. Customer service was overly friendly with language but ultimately did not refund me the correct amount. Day pass: 16.50 2 1/2 hr + 5 mi: 33.00 The seats were very comfortable. My butt was very sore for days. The bikes aren't very fast at all, it's no big deal but it makes you sit on that uncomfortable seat longer and requires more energy for you to petal. Overall I felt like they're trying to nickle and dime you. Next time I will use another service when biking the coast of Lake Michigan.

This is the worst service I have seen. You can't rent multiple bikes. You can't rent a bike with a non US credit card (since the world does not always revolve around zip codes). That $.16/min not a chance average is about $.45/min. No way of creating multiple accounts. Need to revisit this whole program
