Very knowledgeable and helpful team at this store. I’m fairly new to Chicago and I had my bike stolen on the move here about a year ago. Stopped by a few different bike shops and this location certainly stood out. No one was pretentious or trying to upsell bikes, just genuinely curious about your cycling goals and helping you find the best bike in your budget. I appreciate multiple staff members between my visits over the past few months before I finalized on a bike! I asked a ton of questions and they never made me feel silly for asking even the most basic ones. Can’t wait to build my relationship with the team over the next few years as I’m sure I’ll be stopping by for new equipment and tune ups!

I've been visiting several bike shops lately while looking for my next bike, and unfortunately, this store had the least helpful staff. I was genuinely interested in getting a Specialized bike, but the experience here has made me reconsider. Great products deserve great service—and that just wasn't the case this time.

Caught a flat on Halsted on my way home from work and was lucky enough to be within walking distance of the Specialized Lincoln Park store. Popped in just before they closed at 6 and Eli hooked me up with a new tube, but it turned out I had some shredding on the side walls of my front tire. Despite the store having closed at this point, Eli went through a few options and made sure I was set to ride home safely with a substitute tire. Phenomenal attention to detail, super informative and rad experience over all!

Quick, professional, and knowledgable team. Took my bike in to get a flat fixed, after waiting for them to finish helping other guests, in and out under 5 minutes. They even sized my bike to my height for me. They offer an extensive selection of brand new bike parts, literally anything you can think of.
