Beautiful view from the parking area up top but the actual park doesn't have very many parking spots maybe 20 at most. There is a good amount of street parking right along there though so there should never be a problem parking close enough to walk 100 feet. One of the best reasons to come is to walk down the road past the hospital towards the bridge that goes over the freeway. Can get great pictures of downtown especially around sunrise & sunset! FYI. The trails that go thru the woods below the top parking are a little iffy at best so maybe make sure u are with someone else it's also basically just switch backs straight down n then a calf burner whenever u decide to hike the short hike back to top.

Beautiful view of the Seattle skyline. Perfect for seeing sunset and the city lights at night. Street parking available and an easy path down stairs to a pedestrian walkway that overlooks the city

It could've been a nice, small park but, unfortunately, I can't genuinely say that. The park is not maintained well and very dirty. There are trash scattered everywhere and the visitor shed is just very worn down. It smells of urine as soon as you get out of the car. Also, be careful because some people look shady and there are homeless people wandering or staying around since it's not too far off from the Jackson and 12th corner where they gather. You do get a nice view of T-mobile park, Lumen Field, and SoDo but that's just about it. It's sad to see this park dedicated to the Filipino community and I hope it gets a proper treatment and maintenance!

Great photo spot, although it did get crowded fast during sunset. Nice view of the Seattle skyline & I’m very happy with the photos taken from there. There are quite a few spots worth visiting/taking photos at, just park on the top and keep walking down. The only downside is that it didn’t feel very safe. The place reeked of marijuana on our visit. Overall a great place for photos, but maybe not so great for a leisure walk. My Instagram: @christinezphoto 😊

Very nice Seattle view. There's a restroom, sheltered picnic area, sufficient parking, a memorial and small children's playground. Also steps going to a lower part of this park -- but too many homeless; it's a sketchy area.
