The cormorants are the highlight of this cute pond. Most, if not all, nest in the dead trees, so they're easily visible. There are several benches around the pond where you can sit back and enjoy the view. There's also a nice playground nearby and the only restrooms available at the time of this post are porter potties.

The first time I stumbled upon it (after having lived in Denver for 8 months) I thought I had fallen into an old episode of Wild Kingdom from Mutual of Omaha (have to be old like me to get the reference)
