Even with the entire store being 20% off, we thought prices were a bit high. No doubt they have quality products, but they were still out of our comfortable price range. Duluth sells the best pants I've ever owned. Any time I've been dissatisfied with an article of clothing, the return policy is the best with a long return window. The customer service was awesome last time I visited here in October of 2024. Most of my Duluth purchases are online as I don't have a store local to me. They do returns in store, providing excellent customer service for online sales. Spokane, WA is another fantastic Duluth store I go to when in the region. I hope they one day open a location in the Tri-cities.

There are not many of the Duluth Trading stores in this area so feel lucky when you battle the crowds at Jantzen Beach that you are not driving to Eugene. My wife had to fix an online order gone bad so we made the trek. The service was good and the selection was very good. Everything we needed for the holidays was there and the order was straightened out. Their clothing seems to be a pretty high quality and sizing is pretty true.

This is a Big store. They have so much to offer. You can even buy stuff for your car and dogs here as well as presents. The employees are super nice. It's nothing like a mall store ( thank goodness). Sizes to fit almost everyone. You can even order online and have it sent to your home or picked up in the store.
