Northwest Fly Fishing Outfitters took us on a wonderfully memorable fly fishing trip down the Deschutes River at the beginning of this year's fly hatch. The team made it so easy for three out-of-state enthusiasts to roll right up, rent the right gear, then hit the water. In addition to being a fantastic day floating and fishing the river (complete with grilled lunch on a river bank), we need to give a special shout out to their guide, Zach, who doggedly worked to get us on the bite. He's a great captain, and we will certainly be back. Thank you!!!!

Would have given a zero star if possible. I ordered a fly rod online and received a tracking number a day later. After a week the rod hadn't shipped so I contacted the shop. The person I spoke with told me it had shipped and would arrive in a few days. Days later still no package, so I contacted the shop again and was told that it must have gotten lost ( even though the tracking number said it hasn't shipped) and they would put a trace on the package. The next day I receive a call and was told that the package was lost and they would issue a refund. One week later still no rod and no refund, so I contested the charge through my bank. The day after my bank contacted the shop the rod shipped with the same tracking number. It's quite obvious that the package was sitting in the shop this whole time and I was lied to by everyone I spoke to.
