The food truck at Cloudburst Brewing offered several vegan options. We had the Garlicky Cucumbers and the House-Made Flatbread Sandwich with tofu. Both were excellent and had a nice spice level. The brewery was pet friendly and offered plenty of seating. We sat outside under the heaters. It was very pleasant on a cool and rainy day.

Plenty of Clouds (food truck inside of Cloudburst) has a great mix of rice, noodle and dumpling dishes. Although their menu is short, they do all dishes very well. The pricing is average and the plates are pretty filling, plus they are delicious. The staff in the truck is always super nice and friendly and willing to give you recommendations when you need them. Would highly recommend eating here if you're going to the brewery.

Got the mala noodles which were probably the worst i ve ever had- the noodles themselves were gummy, and the broth was minimal (not enough to even come half way up the noodles) and not flavorful at all. It was also served warm, not hot which makes it pretty unsatisfying to eat. 2 stars instead of one because I am happy to see Asian food of any type at a brewery and the other toppings were mediocre but totally edible

while the service was otherwise great, i ordered the sesame noodles but not only didn’t get sesame, it looks like a british meal but more sad and depressing. The chicken looks lab grown and the green beans were not appetizing. this meal single handedly took away my appetite.
