Whether you are curious about acrobatics and down to try something new, or maybe you're a more experienced aerialist looking for a vibrant community to do it with, this is the place for you! I've taken classes here weekly for about a year, and it has been the best experience. The instructors are welcoming, positive, encouraging and will meet you where you're at while challenging you to work towards your goals. The other students in class are a diverse group of skill levels and ages, and coming together in performances is just magical. Echo Theater is a Portland treasure worth supporting!

More than that, the institution opened up a world of gymnastics and physicality for them -- At Echo, we also saw an excellent and quite professional play put on by high schoolers, some of whom had come through my childrens' circus class.
