These guys are just great! They couldn’t be nicer or more helpful, and their e-bikes are fantastic. We’ve owned 3 of them, a White V-1 for my wife, Black V-1 for my first, and now a brand new Red model for me with a step through frame that makes riding even easier. I love these e-bikes! It’s a bonus that they are designed and assembled in Atlanta so they really know their product. Their prices seem fair and all of our Edison e-bikes have been virtually trouble free. But for tune-ups or an occasional service tweak, they get you right in and out.

So I needed service on my Edison Bike… Ryan, Ann & Josh were all so helpful in demonstrating that they are paying attention and providing solutions to address the technical needs of the Edison Bike Village of which I’m proud to be a member. Ann started by patiently and methodically walking me through trouble shooting which was helpful in zeroing inn on the issue from my perspective as someone who’s familiar with bike mechanics but not super technical. Ryan, had me drop my bike, trouble shot and provided ongoing status updates with photos so that I was informed about the status of my Edison through the entire process. Given the issue, the turn around time to getting it back was pretty fast compared to other shops. While the bike was being serviced, I realized how valuable it is and that it’s become an important part of my transportation plan offering convenient parking, shorter commute times, much needed head clearing space and it’s simply fun to ride! When I went to collect my Edison, Josh continued with what is clearly a customer satisfaction centered approach that’s apparently a core part of the culture of the Edison Electric Bikes company.
