My friend and I had a great experience renting here! We rented two bikes to go around the beltline. We called the morning of for same-day availability, and received clear and friendly instructions. When we got to the location, they made sure the bikes fit and added bike locks and phone holders. The bike seat was extremely comfortable without feeling bulky. Very reasonable price at $30 + tax for 4 hours.

They have been so helpful when I visited. I had not ridden a bike since i was a kid and they were so helpful with their tips. On my first visit they spent 10min helping me find a safe route home, so I could avoid the busy road. I just bought a new bike from them and again, they were helpful showing me how everything worked and they offer test rides. They also offer complimentary adjustments on bikes that you purchase from them. I can't recommend them enough.

These people are great. Welcoming, knowledgeable, totally helpful. Follow-up service after my purchase was far beyond what I might have reasonably expected. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

After my bike sat at the Bike Barn for a month with no service I took it to Outback Bike. They finished the entire service in less than a week and provided updates and price points before they did any work which I appreciated. Bike came back all fixed and looking great. Will definitely take it back for servicing in the future! The pricing was also very reasonable.
