It was a beautiful place to walk with a friend .. especially if you like plants. It was easy to find with GPS .. felt like I was going into someone's driveway .. but it was a home at one time. So glad that they made it open to the public all those years ago. Plan on going again, and again .. during different seasons.

we visited on a very rainy christmas eve and we were the only ones there for most of our hour-long visit. the grounds are actually larger than i thought, with nice, clean trails throughout overlooking and flanking the willamette. we encountered an adorable salamander on the trail, and toward the end of our walk, a gorgeous rainbow appeared on the river :) all in all a really lovely little hidden spot in lake oswego. i'm super glad we went.
