I got a great price on a Windless for my sailboat. Then I realized I ordered the wrong chain wheel and Larry and Kelli at EHM made good and gave me a discounted price to get the correct chain wheel. Great service from beginning to end, with knowledgeable, professional and efficient engineers that did everything right. We installed a water maker for our sailboat this summer. I do a lot of DIY work and work with a lot of contractors and vendors as well, and I have to commend Emerald Harbor Marine for a job well done, within budget, on-time and with no surprises. I realize every job doesn't go like this and boats have a lot of surprises sometimes, but the important thing is that Emerald Harbor did everything exactly right. I'm also really happy with EHM for sponsoring Thursday night events on Elliot bay throughout the summer and their participating in fundraisers throughout the year. I'm glad I could work with them on this project.

Make sure to obtain written estimates from them before they start working on your boat. I am surprused by the ither reviews as they are jot at all what I have experienced. I added a star because I will say the work appeared to be well done and I believe marine workers need fair credit but in my case they tried to charge me 50% more than we had agreed upon. This was my first and last time working with them.

My windlass decided to eat all the gears inside while we were on a six week trip. Larry and Robert at Emerald Harbor Marine went above and beyond what anyone could hope for. They removed the old one, sourced a new windlass and when it arrived had it installed and working in two hours. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys. They were friendly helpful and they like dogs.
