My amigos at Emigos were awesome. The staff there prepped us with discussion of the trails (within easy riding distance from the shop) and the equipment we would be riding. They provided links for maps for us to plan our ride. There were no surprises on the day of our rental and we were quickly on our way. The South Mountain Preserve trails we in great shape, picturesque and well marked. We had an awesome two hour ride. Thanks again to the Emigos amigos.

We rented two full-suspension mountain bikes from Emigos for a 20 mile ride through McDowell Mountain Regional Park. The bikes were great and the whole process for renting them, picking up and dropping up, was easy and went smoothly. We really enjoyed the entire experience.

I really can't speak highly enough of Emigos. I was on a work trip from the UK and had no idea that the opportunity to ride in such an amazing location would present itself on my last day in Tempe. Obviously I hadn't brought any of my biking gear with me but as well as providing me with the bike rental and helmet, Sherry went above and beyond to provide me with a backpack and talk me through the local trails and where to ride. Who knows if or when I'll ever be fortunate enough to ride in this location again but if I so, Emigos will be my go to for bike rental (I'll bring some more suitable clothing next time though)!

Fantastic experience, staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave great pre-ride insights on handling, etc. I was in town for a couple days and was itching to get out on the trails so I rented my first electric (full suspension) mt bike and had an amazing day on Desert Classic, Mormon and National trails. Can’t recommend this shop highly enough!!

I've been here probably four or five times and have had nothing but great service. Max, the mechanic took care of me in a professional and timely manner. Yesterday I went to another local bike shop to get new bearings put in my wheel. The other bike shop said it would take 5 days. Max (bike mechanic) had my wheel ready in 30 minutes. I know that's not always the case but he put me in front of the line because he knew he could get it done quick. The other bike shop where I purchased my bike no longer will get my business. I also wanted to point out that Emigos has the best helmet selection and shoe selection out of the four bike shops within 5 mile of my house.
