We had a fantastic experience at Exhale Bikes on Bell Road in Phoenix! My husband's rolling walker needed some repairs, and Garret was absolutely fabulous. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed it while we waited and then took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly. It's not always easy to find someone who handles mobility equipment with care and attention, but Garret really went above and beyond. On top of that, the price was very reasonable. We’re so grateful for the help and would absolutely recommend Exhale Bikes to anyone in need of repairs or service!

"oh great here comes another 20" guy" haha, just kidding these guys are cool. i wish they stocked low cost tubes though, its hard to justify $10ea for the nice specialized ones (and they are definitely of high quality) considering how often i am slapping patches on my tubes. ive been meaning to stop in anyways since this is my closest shop. thanks for the help guys

This bike shop is Awesome! You want a TOP notch, judgement free bike shop, this is the place, it was so good, I felt the need to write this long a** review. As novice riders and beginners to the world of MTB, we were overwhelmed with all the internet advice on bike choice, sizing, and all the rabbit holes to we went down, we decided to first check out Exhale, the guys were awesome, Steve took the time to get to know us and what our goals were, without discussing price or budget, he didn't try to take us to a fully built bike, he showed us entry level, and talked us through why, what to expect from that type of bike and why he thought we should start there, he then offered a rental to try out for the style of frame and size before throwing down. Well we didn't rent, we graciously left and shopped some other bike shops around town, they were all decent but NONE of them took the time like they did at Exhale, like they were waiting for us to make our own choice and spend a pretty penny on a hardcore bike that we weren't ready for or needing. We ended back up at Exhale, and bought 2 that Steve had suggested originally. The Specialized seemed to feel so much better than the Grants or Cannondales at the other shops and the experience we had at Exhale far surpassed the others. The day after we picked up the bikes welp a flat happened, the guys got us in immediately and took care of us, even though you could see it was a busy day in the shop. We've been able to interact with 3 of the "squad" so far and ALL are AWESOME! Their customer service, coolness and non judgemental attitudes is on point. We will be Exhale lifers for sure. Thanks guys !

I bought my first mountain bike new from here on the recommendation of Steve, Cody, and Joey. Let me say. I’ll be buying my first e bike from them when I get ready for one. I only use exhale. I only recommend exhale. Quality rental bikes, quality new bikes. My epic evo really opened my world of mountain biking up. Never been disappointed in the work quality or service. They do get busy but if you call ahead and schedule it’s quite prompt service. They never forget my name. They remember me every time I show up. (Months in between visits) Always giving me quality service and components, even when my dropper post failed, they got me a fresh pnw replacement. They helped me upgrade my bike over time within my budget with carbon wheels and step cast fork. Never treated me like a budget customer when sometimes I’m strapped for cash. The guys always go above and beyond for me. They really feel like my mtb friends not just a mtb store. I couldn’t scream it louder from the mountaintop that you should use exhale bikes for more reasons than I can write in this review. Thanks to Steve, Cody, Joey and the rest of the crew for all the help they’ve given to me for the last three years. Hopefully many more guys!!

Josh was super helpful and willing to help from answering the phone to having me come in the store and measuring my seat and getting me fitted! Cody and Steve were super nice and welcomed me into the store immediately, felt like I was just talking to friends! Definitely worth stopping in for all your cycling needs! Really great group of guys. Warned my future business for sure!
