Such a cool place! ♥️ When you enter, be prepared to take off your shoes and put on the slippers provided. They are clean and comfortable, so no worries there. There's loose leaf tea you can buy to drink at home, but you can also order a pot of tea and snacks to enjoy at the teahouse. The outdoor area is really nice and relaxing. The owner is very kind and took time to explain to me about different teas and brewing methods. The tea is high quality, worlds better than the highly processed tea bags I used to use.

I love finding unique tea houses and this was a really great find! Opening the front door you'll find a small foyer where you are to remove your shoes and put on the provided slippers. Open the next door into a small living room area with a fireplace and different cozy seating options. Go through the next door to discover another quaint and cozy room where you can order your tea and/or a few food items, vegetarian options available. On this occasion the owner was there and he described a little bit about his world travels seeking tea and suggested one for me after I described my usual choices. So good! You can learn quite a bit about tea here. Visit! You won't regret!

Amazing experience here at Enthea Teahouse! From the moment you walk in you feel like you’re in someone’s home, which is amplified by the fact that you’re not allowed to wear outdoor shoes here…they give you slippers to wear. I absolutely love this concept and eagerly put on my slippers to step into the teahouse and see what was going on. The inside was just as cute as the outside and boasted an impressive selection of looseleaf teas that were sourced carefully from literally all over the world by the very nice owner. My partner and I ended up trying the tulsi tea and it came out right away and was absolutely delicious. So full of flavor and the adaptogens really helped me to feel calm on this cold rainy Portland afternoon. I also ended up trying some of the food, which was just as good. I got the three-piece veggie dumplings, which definitely tasted like they were made just then. I also got the lotus root bun, which was delicious and unexpected. Overall, I highly recommend Enthea tea house and will absolutely be back the next time I visit Portland!

We stumbled across this tea house in the rain, and was absolutely shocked by the fact that I didn’t know about this amazing haven earlier??? It was like stepping into familiar home from the get go, changing my shoes for slippers. A calming atmosphere decorated with plant life and teapots, the soothing music made for a perfect space to study and chill with my friends. We shared the charcoal roast oolong between three people as it was already quite late (it’s open until 9pm!!) but there was definitely enough for everyone. The owner personally showed us how to pour the tea and let it steep for the best results, and was extremely accommodating of my nosiness and photo taking. He encouraged us to use the space comfortably, to study and chat. We were able to enjoy our tea as well as the atmosphere and get stuff done, which was amazing. Top notch tea and a top notch atmosphere!
