We joined a pasta-making brunch party hosted by Evènto and it was a memorable experience. Unlike other cooking classes, we felt like we were at a friend’s party. They offer unlimited wine and aperol spritz, starter bites, family style sharing plates and dessert throughout the three hours. Everything was made fresh and tasted delicious. What we ate: ＊Whipped Ricotta Toast (Misi’s dupe!) ＊Egg Frittata ＊Pomodoro, Pesto, Carbonara Pasta (homey and delicious) ＊Caeser Salad (my fav! simple and refreshing) ＊Blueberry Cake What we made: We handmade some cavatelli from scratch to take home. We rolled down the pasta dough with our thumbs on a wooden board to create the shell shape with hollow center. The whole process and ingredients were simpler than I thought, no machine needed! Overall, I highly recommend their event for girls’ hangout, friends’ gathering, bachelorette party, corporate event, or date activity.

My boyfriend came here for a date night and had an absolute blast. The founders were so sweet and welcoming, and the staff was very nice and fun. This is definitely perfect for a date night, group party or event team event. The food is also sooo good. Highly recommend!

We had the best time at our pasta making class at Ciao Evento! This is such a fun activity - beyond just making pasta, you get a full on party and dinner. You are welcomed by upbeat staff and served some Aperol Spritz (they make a really good one here surprisingly, and I'm picky!) for the first hour. You then start with the pasta making: the dough is pre-made, so you mostly just focus on rolling and shaping the pasta. Note: you will not eat the pasta you make in class, you get to take it home. After you make your pasta, you are served a pasta dinner while the disco ball comes out and while the wine is flowing. I was most eager to see our dinner and I was actually quite blown away by how delicious everything was (and happy that everything was vegetarian!): Pesto Pasta, Marinara Linguine, salad, and my favorite item, the agnolotti. Your night ends with a tasty tiramisu. I would 100% come back for another event - the staff were so much fun and so sassy, the pasta making was very informative, and the food and drink was outstanding!
