Easy rental process. Friendly and insightful staff. They have e-bikes and hybrid bikes rental options from 24 hours to 1 week. I rented their hybrid bike for $55 after tax. They have walk-ins and online options to rent their bikes. Online booking is preferable since you can reserve your spot in advance but I guess they won’t let you reserve on the same day if you do it online - cmiiw. That’s why I have a walk-in visit and fortunately got one (maybe because it was raining anyway). Helmet, bike lock, basic emergency bike toolkit included. Their hybrid bike is so light and they have variety of different options for size. I’m 5’3”and they have the small one for me. You could add $15 for extra insurance just in case of bike damage. If you rent their e-bike and is planning to go for long miles, you can ask to also borrow their battery charger. The other thing that I like is that they provided me a phone holder! As a non-local, it really helped in navigating my trip throughout my journey.

Stopped by here as my usual repair shop further west was closed today. I just needed a tune up on my brakes. I was there for maybe five minutes, they poked around, said "how's that?" and sent me on my way. Didn't even charge me a dime since it was so low effort I'm kind of embarrassed that I didn't do it myself. They also had a recommendation for a shop that would carry a mudflap for my bike that they don't carry. Super chill, much appreciated even if they don't support my ebike vendor.

Came in today to get a quick flat fix since mine popped when I got out of work. They fixed it quickly but scratched the heck out of my frame using the bike repair stand they got since the guy was sliding it back and forth before making it dangle. Definitely won’t be using them again. Now my frame has deep scratches and missing paint on my top tube.

Thanks, Evo Bike Repair Shop. I had to make a pit stop off the Burke Gilman Trail to get a flat tire fixed. luckily, Evo Repair shop was open on Sunday. Great service and reasonable price for a quick tire repair. Customer service had me Rollin within 15 minutes.

Went in to get my bindings mounted since I got my skis at Evo. When I got them back, the din settings for toe pieces and heel pieces are at four different values, the AFD height for two bindings are also different. Very disappointed that a professional ski shop pays so little attention to the details and I could have gotten hurt for unwanted binding release
