I've never written a review before, but Felip’s is the ultimate bike mechanic. He really didn't disappoint me as I went straight to him, when I arrived at the store. I saw him, he was seriously pulling brake cables to repair. The first person didn't take long to repair, the second person changed the tire in only 3 minutes. It was so quick and amazing for me. And I'm the third person, changing the brakes, getting a whole new set. Believe me, he can do anything for you about a bike. He really impressed me. Fast service, affordable price It was a bittersweet experience. and should be greatly supported And of course I will go back there to buy lighting equipment. I was the first customer this morning and went in because I needed a brake adjustment and rim truing. The man working was very rude and didn't listen to anything I had said and just handed me a tool to do it myself without saying a word and mind you I came in happy enjoying my Sunday. I told him that I didn't have any experience adjusting brake cables so he seemed bothered and did it himself and then looked at me as if he was trying to belittle me for how easy it seemed. After that he said "two dollars" and at that point I was irritated and asked if he heard me mention my rims needed truing and then gave me the information that I needed to leave my bike which would normally be fine but after this experience I didn't want my bike in the hands of Felipe's Bike Shop. I then told him nevermind and that he seemed too busy to help me. So I paid the $2 and told him he needs to treat people with respect and left. TLDR; Workers annoyed with customers and has them do the work themselves and won't communicate a word to you due to their annoyance of having to do their job in which they're paid for.

All the other bike shops in the area wanted to charge me too much for a used road bike. This place had several options for me for half the price, and they had the vintage styles I wanted. He then spent 20 or 30 minutes tuning it up before I left. Have patience and don’t expect to be in and out quickly.

I've been going to Felipe's for at least 10 years now and always got good service and products there but about 3 weeks ago I brought in a 26 inch tire & rim , the rim was bent but the tire & interlude was fine ! I told them I needed a new rim and need a brake for it too ! He said no problem ! We'll I got caught up in my life & 3 weeks went by. I went in to get air for my other bike & told him I would be in tomorrow to get everything fixed and paid for and that's when he tells me that he trashed my rim and tire , said I was gone too long so he threw my property ! I done care about the rim it was history but I do care about the tire and inter tube they are practically new ! Somehow he doesn't feel responsible for my property and doesn't want to return or replace my tire & tube ! I'm definitely not finished with this yet , just warming up ! So please don't patronize this business....... they're thieves ! I even bought them beer and this is how I'm treated ! SHEESH !!!!!
