Utah has shockingly good beer. I got the tip to head to Fisher while at Saltfire Brewing, during my last trip. Fantastic beer. I tried 6 beers and they were all top notch contenders for their variety. I'd recommend one, but they all stood out, so I'd recommend trying all your favorite styles.
