My daughters and I did the Warrior Women’s class and it was awesome! Amie, the owner and trainer I believe, is very kind. She does a great job of explaining the movements and how they should feel so you're getting the most out of the lesson. We took a class here maybe a year ago and I remember it being just as good. I left feeling more empowered today. Definitely recommend!

We asked Aimee and her colleagues to come to our corporate campus up north for two self-defenses courses in honor of Women's History Month. Aimee and her colleagues were FANTASTIC, engaging, and energetic. Everyone walked away buzzing from these events and we already have demand to host them again. Aimee was a pleasure to work with and we look forward to inviting her and her team back to our campus in the future!

This place is awesome! They specialize in the Isrealy Army's martial art, Krav Maga. They also put some fitness emphasis on it too. They have classes for ages 4 - adult. My 8 year old son has been going twice a week for about 6 months now, and he loves it! I notice a huge difference after about a month in. His hand/eye coordination has greatly improved, and he has a lot more confidence! We will be enrolling my 4 year old this year. If I can free up some time, I'm going to start too.

Fit and Fearless is truly a gem! From the moment I stepped into their gym I knew I was in for an incredible experience. The instructors are not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also incredibly supportive and encouraging. The variety of classes offered is fantastic, catering to all fitness levels and interests. Whether you're looking for a high-intensity workout or a more mindful practice, they have something for everyone. The facility is top-notch, clean, and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment for all. What sets Fit and Fearless apart is the sense of community they have fostered. I have met some incredible people and always looked forward to coming back. Very sad there isn't a location in North Austin or Round Rock. :(
