Please note: this review is purely about the customer service at this store, and not so much the products themselves. Walking into this store, we were greeted by a friendly staff member who was making fresh, hot s'mores complete with graham crackers, chocolate, and a perfectly charred marshmallow. Since we were all adults, we were also treated to a free local beer (half can). To top it all off, the cups were sustainable. One of the most pleasant shopping experiences I've ever had. As for the actual items in-store, we did not end up buying anything because although they looked very nice and high quality, the prices were slightly out of our price range. Hoping for a sale!

I love all things European. I recently got the kanken online and was amazed by the quality. Wanted to check out the store, the staff was super friendly. Everyone who knows the brand, knows it’s a little pricey, but it’s worth it. I walked out with a jacket that I absolutely love :) I feel lucky to have Fjällräven store so close to me.
