The salesman recommended 3 different shoes and had her try 2 separate sizes to get the most comfortable fit. She also tried shoes with a prosthetic arch support. She decided on the New Balance 1080 with the arch support. I also ended up getting the same shoe after trying them on and testing them on their treadmill. Our salesman sold me even though not intending to purchase for myself. This is a nice store with wide selection of running shoes for various needs. Our salesman was excellent.

Talked to her about the issues I was having with what I was running in at the moment, and she grabbed a whole stack of shoes she thought would work. I took each pair for a run around the block and then reported to discuss how each felt. Went through a total of 5 pairs and eliminated one after the other until we were left with the NBs.
