I write this review in frustration due to the unwillingness of this company to work with their customers. They made a deal, after I bought the tickets, with a discount travel company and would not even attempt to work with me to retroactively refund or upgrade my seats after I appealed to them. They offer no refunds and charge for ticket exchanges. It's too bad that if one is interested in the arts in South Florida, they have to be subject to the greed of a company that nearly went bankrupt a few years earlier... now you understand why.

The management direction is full of inexperienced people, the overall quality of the performers is very low, lower than the actual decadence of arts in the world.
