So happy to have found this location. My friends took me here for my birthday, and it was a little intimidating because we did the rug tufting but the instructor we had was very kind and very informative. They had great music playing in the background and our instructor would pass around to make sure if we needed to edit anything, so our piece would come out the best. They contacted us very quickly within a week to come pick them up. I can definitely say I am so happy with the end results. I know it can be a little pricey, but if you’re able to, it’s totally worth it once in a while :)

It was easy to find free parking because it was a Sunday, staff is very friendly, specially Moon, she made us feel welcomed as soon as we stepped in, she was willing to answer any questions and provided detailed information. We had small session, it was just two of us and our instructor was a really nice one too, she guided us but also gave us our space and time to complete our pieces, she was pretty flexible, helpful and patient. The only thing I think that could be improved is the information on the website regarding the studio fee, specifically for the session we booked (clay creation) it’s not clearly stated on their website that a studio fee applies per person, I was just not expecting it, and I also think that it might as well be included in the general price per person (because anyways it’s going to be charged… you can’t take the materials and do it at home… or so I think). Just keep this studio fee in mind (specially if going in bigger groups since it’s charged per person). But overall we had a great experience, and also you could plan to see some of the many nice businesses in the area. The atmosphere was pretty good/relaxed and they also play great background music you can enjoy while working on your piece. We went for my friend’s bday and she really enjoyed it, so that makes it worth it. Also keep this in mind if you booked for the clay creation: you need to wait at least 2 weeks before you can pick it up or have it delivered (delivery has an additional cost as it’s an additional service, but it’s good to have this option in case you can’t pick it up)

I booked a Berry Bowl making class for my friend and I and we had such a blast. We kept saying throughout the class how much fun we were having 😅. The teacher was really great, even though it did seem much harder than we thought going in. We’re excited to get back our pieces! Also the location is really great and provides classes that aren’t yet in the area, so it really fills a gap that’s been missing up north side here to the Andersonville-Edgewater-Uptown neighborhoods. There is also a great variety of crafts available inside the space for all ages. We popped by Jeni’s down the street after.

My husband surprised me for my birthday with a tufting session and I couldn’t have asked for a more fun surprise! The space itself was covered in art and inspiration! We decided on one larger canvas rather than two small ones, we probably wouldn’t have made that choice had we known we would only get one tufting gun. The staff was super patient in explaining the process and giving tips throughout. They would periodically check in which was very helpful! We spent over four hours here working on our canvas and by the end, we could barely feel our fingers. We have yet to pick up our finished piece so I can’t speak to how good or bad it turned out, but the process was so fun and unique. The place was bustling with friends, couples and colleagues the entire time we were there and everyone looked like they were having a wonderful time no matter what craft they were working on! I highly suggest experiencing this for yourself and will definitely be returning!
