Great facility and learning experience. I signed up for the one week and was impressed with the setup of the class. They’ve got all the real bottles and instruments across a full five station bar to keep everyone working at all times. You’ll learn dozens of recipes as well a rundown of how the industry works from multiple instructors. Having no prior experience it was a bit of an information overload at first. So I might suggest the two week course if you’re unfamiliar with industry to give yourself some more time for things to sink in. I actually didn’t pass the first time around but it was no problem. I was given a week to study before coming back for a review session and passed on my second try. Worth it if you’re looking to break into something new but don’t know where to start. Professional, yet fun and rewarding.
