Don't waste your time and money. And yes, this is the correct gloss nails location I'm reviewing, I want to put that out there before the owner tries to blame a different business. These people DO NOT know what they are doing. First of all, I have no idea what kind of cheap products they are using but the nails don't last. I had acrylics, the girl filed down my nails, which hurt because she was rough and went too far, but then she put a thin layer of gel polish over what she filed. You can clearly see where the acrylic line is versus where my nail is, even over the nail polish. Then, I had one missing nail that she had to replace. To replace the missing nail, she used some gel (a very thin layer) that broke off the next day. I called to make an appointment to have the nail fixed. They made me wait over 40 minutes past my appointment time because she was with another client. What's the point of making an appointment if they won't respect the clients time? The nail she replaced the second time is a fake nail that she just glued on (think press on nails). Well guess what, that one fell off too become obviously this girl has no idea what she is going and/or it's the cheap product she is using. I wasted $70 plus a $15 tip at this unprofessional place. I didn't even have a weeks worth of a full-set. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE and I hope you don't waste your time and money either.

Came here for a no chip pedicure . Basia did an amazing job. I proceeded to hit my toe and crack the nail a couple days later and I came in and she fixed it no charge. She is very sweet and talented and gave me the milkiest prettiest pedicure.

I found this nail salon online because our normal nail salon didn’t have openings and we have a big event this Saturday. I am not a big nail person but once in a bluemoon get my nails done. I called them a head of time to ask for pricing for a mani/pedi the lady said $50. I asked if they had opening and she said yes. I went right away since we are pressed for time and have lots to do before our event. I showed the ladies what we wanted in pictures and one ladies said yeah she can do that. I was not too convinced with the answer but thought to myself the reviews and picture of nails I saw online look good they will be able to do it. They started working on our nails right away. They are super nice ladies the environment is really comfortable there. But once it got down to doing the nail art, they offered me stickers, I asked can you draw it? She still offered me stickers and stamps. I’m like ok I am not too picky I will do a stamp and call it a day. The lady then started to finish my daughters nails, again with the nail art she was attempting to do it but failed. Had to stop and had the other lady do it. They both didn’t know how to paint the nails art. Don’t get me wrong they did try. When I went to pay the lady charged me $75 each mani/pedi. When I asked why she said you got no chip this is not China. The response upset me but i am ok it’s me mistake for walking Into here I won’t make it again. In the end my daughter got into my car and broke down in tears because she was not happy with the work they did. I had to make an appointment for tomorrow with another salon to correct the color. First two pictures are what We asked for and the last two is what we ended up with. Please use this review to better your service. The mani/ pedi was nice. The nail art is the issue. I feel like I was tricked into sitting in the chair with a promise that was not delivered on. Don’t make promises you can’t follow through with, don’t upgrade a service without confirming that they agree with the new price, and don’t accuse a customer of being cheep if they ask why is there a price difference from what they were told.

I am traveling and was able to get an appointment for a gel mani & regular pedi. Basha did an amazing job! Friendly atmosphere, nice place and Basha had a good idea for the touch of sparkle, I like to top nails with. In fact a woman on plane complimented my manicure. My polished nails have held up beautifully thru 3 flights, packing & unpacking, etc. I will return here next time I am in town! Thx Basha :)
