Great news the street level entry doors with elevator access for ADA are open again. This Makes getting into the grocery outlet store on the corner of sixth and Bixel Street in downtown Los Angeles so much easier Grocery outlet has been here for six years since 2019 and it’s a great shop for all the locals. Their lines are not that long. They have great prices and a great selection of produce. Beet wine liquor and many other groceries.

I really like Grocery Outlet. They always have good-quality products at very affordable prices. There are often big discounts, and you can get great items for much less than at other stores. The selection changes often, so there’s always something new to discover. I especially like buying snacks, dairy, and frozen foods here. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. A great place to shop if you want to save money and still eat well.

After coming to this store of over 7 years the newer cashiers have gone down hill. We purchase items in bulk as they are packaged in boxes and were told we had to open them to scan individually. Instead of asking another staff member to find the individual item we were rudely told that we were expected to find the individual item ourselves. Surprising since we do this every week and have never had an issue before.

I find Grocery Outlet to be great for buying groceries at a discount price, but I found a few issues here. The front entrance is almost always closed so you have to go through the entrance at the parking lot. I know it’s a small sized store, but somehow they have an insufficient amount of shopping carts and baskets. Also be cautious if you’re buying meat here, as some may have gone past the expiration date and still sitting on the shelves.

My husband and I don't really shop at this store but we decided to stop by and get some groceries. I did find some good snack items and lots of good wines to drink. They always have discounts for wines on certain days. It was convenient and a quick shop. Stop by and check them out if you live by.
