I'm leaving a review on the policy of this bike shop to only service bicycles they sell. I have a Tern longtail from a different area, and they won't service it. I'm not looking for warranty work - just normal repair work from an authorized dealer who knows this brand of bicycle. They refuse to work on it. Tern's website says I'm welcome to get service from any authorized Tern dealer - apparently not this one! If you take a Toyota you bought in a different market to a Toyota dealer here, they will gladly work on it. I'm not sure why this shop does things differently and won't support one of the major brands that they sell.

I met Jim in 2014. It was obvious that he understood the electric power assisted bicycle. He built my first bike in 2014. I told him what I wanted to do on the bike and he made a bike that could do it. My first bike was a dual motor fat bike for riding off road in all seasons. I can ride through 16" of snow uphill. I can go up sand dunes and sown any trail. It is a beast of a machine that I have ridden almost daily four years. We have worked together on other bikes since then. Jim always provides the advice, the technical know how and particularly the service that has kept me coming back.

I don’t write a lot of reviews but I was compelled to after buying an e-bike here this week. Making an appointment online was easy and it was nice to know that my husband and I would be the only people in the store during it. Unfortunately since everyone is buying bikes right now, there was only one bike in my price range left in stock. However, it was exactly what I needed and wanted, and I’m very happy with the purchase. I’ve had a great time riding it and feel confident that should I ever need help with it in the future, HEH will be there. Thanks!

Disappointing. They were very nice but when there was a problem they won't help you. I wanted to support my neighborhood bike shop but it went bad. They told me to order the bike on-line and have it sent it to them. They told me to get a large. Its too big. They will not take it back. "We do not give refunds" I followed up with the bike manufacturer and they accept all returns. After several weeks of pressure from the manufacturer they accepted the return but they tried to require me to buy another bike. Finally they accepted the return but in then end they delayed in submitting the paperwork and bike to the manufacturer.
