This place is dying. The manager seemed clueless. After waiting 30 minutes for my sandwich, I had to go look into the kitchen to find anyone. Everyone had disappeared, and I thought that all of the employees had walked out. I searched the whole building, including over by the theater. There were no employees at all. I found a dishwasher to go look for people. He had to look twice and finally the manager showed up. They were using a kitchen on the opposite side of the building as the restaurant. When I finally got my food, the bread was not toasted all the way. I was not discounted or given anything for free because of my troubles. The food is way too expensive for the quality. The manager does not know how to bartend well. Another failed business in this building. It’s like a ghost town in there. It’s really too bad because this building could be made into something really cool.

My family LOVES coming here for a fun time! We have done every activity here, the fun is non stop! When we come to watch a movie, my kids love the bottomless popcorn that they can serve themselves! The arcade games are so fun for all of us as well, our favorite day to come is on Wednesdays for the “all you can play for $10” special 😍 We also love the mini bowling at this Addison location, perfect for younger children! My 2 year old always has a blast here as well along with her older siblings. We also love the food here so far so good! Service has been great and managers are always helpful. This is for sure a fun destination for family fun!

Shout out to Giovanni. Seriously, that dude helped me out so much when I came to visit hooky entertainment. When I first walked in the door I was confused about what this place was all about. Giovanni showed me around the place helping me with tickets and than getting me and my family set up for bowling. With bowling my family did not know how to do it so Giovanni went ahead and played a couple of round with us to show us how it is done. He is much more athletic than it seems. After that I was able to find him at the front to check me into my movie and tell me the process of ordering food and drinks. He even said he would run our drinks and food himself, sadly he didn't. It was an amazing movie and he was still at the front when we we're leaving to wish us a goodbye. Giovanni's excellence will be remembered by my family and we can not wait to come back to hooky entertainment.

I love visiting this location because it’s close to home. Alexxus, Trevor, and Dean are the best as they always deliver stellar customer service, but what I really enjoy about this location is the mini bowling. The balls are the perfect size for smaller kids who won’t struggle with the heaviness of the ball. I love the self serve drink and popcorn station, arcade games and the pods seating is so cozy! Love that you can lift the arm rest at this location!
